We are excited to announce that we have now confirmed the date and venue for this year's edition of Ghanaian Talent, UK Educated!

Venue:  British Council, Accra  
Date: Saturday 17th October 2026
Exact timings for the day are currently being finalised, but we are planning for a full day with a similar format to previous editions:

  • University Exhibition - Anybody wishing to explore UK study options is welcome to engage with participating UK representatives
  • Alumni Engagement - Alumni from UK universities are welcome to engage with their alma maters and an exclusive opportunity to network with other UK graduates at the evening cocktail. .
  • Career Exhibition - Ghanaian employers will be here to access the pool of UK educated Ghanaian talent, so bring along your CV and dress to impress!  
  • Information and skills sessions - We will have workshops, talks and round tables throughout the day covering everything you need to know about studying in the UK and emerging trends in the Ghanaian job market.

The second edition of Ghanaian Talent, UK Educated is open to all alumni of UK universities living in Ghana as well as any prospective students interested in studying in the UK.
The event was brought to you in collaboration with Alumni UK. We are very grateful that the British Council in Ghana once again opened their doors in Accra to host this careers & networking event on Saturday, 12th October 2024.

An exclusive opportunity for alumni to meet potential employers, foster new connections and grow in their professional development

Goals of the event:

  • Support Ghanaian alumni of UK universities in their career journeys
  • Bring together leaders from key companies looking to tap into the UK-educated pool of talent with international experience
